Comics-in-Residence Programme for Northern European comic artists and professionals. CUNE Comics Union of Northern Europe. CUNE Comics Union of Northern Europe is a network of comics organisations, festivals and individual artists and editors in northern Europe. Its aim is to create closer collaboration between comics actives of the region and organise international projects that will benefit the whole comics scene.
